Alvin and Serena were amazing and so accommodating during our team’s stay. We were able to request extra cleanings for an additional fee since we were there for a little over a month. Both were very responsive and checked in throughout our stay. Their house was in the perfect location for a project we were in the area for. Would 100% rent from them again when in the area.

Had a wonderful week stay here. House is on a culdesac on a quiet street that is close to everything in San Jose. Kitchen, living room, bathrooms all updated. Lovely backyard - just like a private garden. Great linens on the bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. Perfect for our group of four!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and it felt like a true home away from home. There was even a holiday tree set up which was perfect for our gift exchange. The host was responsive and very helpful prior to and throughout our stay. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It was perfect for what we needed! Thanks for having us!

This was my first trip to San Jose and Alvin was amazing. Even prior to booking he was helpful and willing to assist me with trying to surprise my husband for his 50th birthday. He was extremely responsive & helpful! The house was exactly as pictured! Our kids, and cousins that visited, LOVED the game room. Even my husband enjoyed playing pool. I wish the weather was warmer and we would have been able to enjoy the backyard more. When we return to the area we plan to stay here again.

Stayed here for a quick trip through SJC and honestly was surprised how quiet and peaceful the area is. The house was clean, comfy, and easy to get settled in. Check-in was simple and communication was great. Location was super handy too, just a few minutes to downtown, Santana Row, the SAP Center and a bunch of other spots around San Jose. Really good place if you want airport convenience without all the noise and still be close to everything. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

House is beautifully decorated and was super clean. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Perfect for RNR. I stayed at the house with my family of 5 (4 adults and 1 child). We were all impressed with the water pressure of the showers. I was even more impressed with the interior design. It’s so beautiful that I took pictures for inspiration. There is only one tv in the house which I liked, because it was easy to disconnect. The bedrooms outside of the master are low profile beds, and my family said the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and had spices, pots and pans, dishes etc for cooking. No airfryer, but there was a counter oven to heat your food up if you didn’t want to use the microwave. The kitchen was incredibly clean just like the rest of the house. My family enjoyed having game night, playing jenga as well as a few other board games that were available for use in the library. Alvin was incredibly responsive. I recommend this house!

Alvin’s house was so beautiful, even better in person than in the pictures! The backyard is truly stunning and very relaxing to be in. We also appreciated how homely the house felt. Alvin was also a great host; he was very quick to respond to our messages! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we would choose it again in a heartbeat if we were in the area again!

Alvin has a lovely place. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Amenities in the house are very clean upon arrival. Communication has been very smooth with the host, he responses very fast and is very helpful. Will recommend!
