If the party exceeds occupancy limit without authorized permission, there will be a $100 fee charged per unauthorized person. * This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow instructions provided by Airbnb through the check-in guide. Find the check in guide at the app’s check-in instruction. You also agree that you will not contact the Airbnb host before reading the instructions. Fees: * $200 per day cleaning fee if found smoking of any sorts of products inside the property. * $500 excess cleaning fee for unauthorized pets onto the property. * $100 per hour late check-out fee for unauthorized late check-out * Any damages to furniture or items in the home, caused by the guest, will result in a fee for cost of item, cost to replace, and (if necessary) labor to the contractor for repairing * For any reasons causing the next party not being able to check-in or delayed their check-in, your party will be responsible for the refunds, charges, or reimbursement granted to the next party. * You agree that you are booking in good will with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your host’s business because you are unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you has experienced a dissatisfied situation or when you lost a resolution. * We hope you enjoy the unit and please reach out if you are short of any supplies or assistance and we will get back to you promptly during regular hours.

Shared laundry, free with stay, at designated times Shared spaces are only in the laundry room with other apartment tenants. Other tenants will take the left side parking of the driveway.
